We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Relationship Manager to drive the acquisition and growth of CASA (Current Account and Savings Account) products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, deepening existing customer relationships, and delivering exceptional customer service to meet branch and organizational targets.
CASA Acquisition:
Identify and acquire new customers for current and savings accounts through field visits, referrals, and networking.
Relationship Management:
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients by understanding their banking needs and offering tailored solutions.
Cross-Selling:
Promote and sell other banking products such as fixed deposits, insurance, mutual funds, and digital banking services.
Target Achievement:
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for CASA and other banking products as defined by the bank.
Customer Service:
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through prompt resolution of queries, effective onboarding, and post-sales support.
Market Intelligence:
Keep abreast of market trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
Compliance:
Adhere to all internal processes, regulatory guidelines, and KYC/AML norms during customer onboarding and servicing.
