Recruit, mentor, and manage a team of financial advisors/agents to achieve business objectives.
Oversee the complete lifecycle of financial advisors/agents, including regular engagement, guidance, and performance monitoring.
Conduct training sessions on company platforms and tools to ensure efficient customer servicing.
Drive partner productivity with a focus on renewals, sales targets, and maintaining high-quality standards.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly targets as defined by management.
Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain excellent business practices.
Identify innovative strategies to expand market reach and increase sales in the assigned region.
Facilitate distribution of financial products such as Motor, Life & Health Insurance, loans, credit cards, NPS, and other products introduced by the organization.
Desired Profile:
• Education - Full time HSC or Diploma or Graduation.
• Experience - Graduate or 1 year of experience in Insurance (Health, Motor, General Insurance) Sales and BD from Insurance company or Agency channel only.
Important note- Life insurance experience will not work.
•Knowledge - In-depth understanding of business context. Understanding of Insurance and Financial products is an added advantage.
• Exposure - Familiarity with all types of insurance plan and financial products (Life, Health, Motor, fire, Property, etc) credit cards, loans, NPS, etc
• Communication - Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to liaise with multiple stakeholders.
• IT Skills - Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
