Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit and manage a team of financial advisors and agents.

• Guide advisors through their complete lifecycle: onboarding, engagement, and performance monitoring.

• Train advisors on Turtlemint’s platform to ensure seamless customer service delivery.

• Drive advisor productivity, with a strong focus on renewals and overall sales targets.

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly business goals as assigned.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain the highest standards of operational hygiene.

• Explore and implement new sales approaches for increased outreach and revenue growth in assigned regions.

• Promote and distribute various financial products including motor, life, health insurance, loans, credit cards, and NPS.

Job Requirements:

• Education: HSC / Diploma / Graduate (Full-Time)

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales or Business Development.

• Product Knowledge: Familiarity with insurance and financial products such as Life, Health, Motor, Fire, Property Insurance, Loans, Credit Cards, and NPS.

• Skills:

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and capable of using digital platforms effectively.

  • Deep understanding of sales strategies and customer relationship management.
