Job Summary:

Purple Finance is seeking motivated and customer-focused Relationship Managers (LAP) to drive business growth through sourcing, managing, and servicing clients for Loan Against Property products. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in financial sales, strong relationship management skills, and a consistent employment record.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source new customers for Loan Against Property (LAP) through direct sales, connectors, and channel partners.

• Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.

• Conduct preliminary credit assessment and coordinate with credit and operations teams for loan processing.

• Achieve assigned sales targets within the designated territory.

• Stay updated on competitor offerings, market trends, and customer preferences.

• Ensure documentation and KYC compliance as per company norms.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline (mandatory).

• Minimum 1 year of stable experience in LAP, Mortgage, or Home Loan sales.

• Strong knowledge of financial products, especially Loan Against Property.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Target-driven with a proactive sales approach.

• Local market knowledge (Palghar, Virar, Kalyan, Panvel).
