Key Responsibilities
This role requires a client-centric mindset, a deep understanding of financial concepts,
investments, and markets, and the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
● Client Acquisition: Identify, approach, and acquire potential individual clients for various insurance products. Client Advisory and Investment Counselling.
● Product Advisory: Understand customer needs and offer suitable insurance plans (Health, Life, Mutual Funds, Motor, Personal Accident, etc.)
● Sales Execution: Convert leads into sales by presenting product features, benefits, and comparisons.
● Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients for renewals, upselling, and referrals.
● Lead Management: Regular follow-ups with leads generated through internal teams, campaigns, or personal networks.
● Customer Support: Provide excellent after-sales service and resolve customer queries promptly.
● Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales, leads, and client interactions through CRM or Excel.
● Compliance: Ensure adherence to IRDAI and AMFI guidelines and company policies at all times.
● Team Collaboration: Coordinate with the support and underwriting team to ensure seamless policy issuance and servicing.
👤 Candidate Requirements
● Education:
- XII std passed out with Maths subject preferred with atleast First Class.
- Minimum Graduate in any stream (Finance/Commerce preferred)
● Experience: 02-05 years in Insurance Sales or Financial Product Sales B2C.
● Freshers are also welcomed, if they intend to seriously build their career in this stream.
● Skills Required:
○ Strong interpersonal and communication skills,convincing skills and patience.
○ Customer-focused attitude with a consultative approach
○ Ability to work under targets and handle field as well as telephonic sales
○ Basic proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
○ Good in Lead Generation and converting into final Sales.
○ Should be able to handle Pressure, Go-Getter attitude, Smart & Hard working.
● Languages: Gujarati and Hindi (Mandatory); English (Preferred)
● Gender: Males Only.
● Preferred Background: Candidates from Insurance companies, Mutual Funds, Sales B2C segment or financial service providers will be preferred first.
