We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Relationship Manager – Home Loans to drive home loan sales and deliver exceptional service to our clients in Agra. The ideal candidate will have a strong local network, sales acumen, and a passion for financial solutions.
Source and onboard new clients for home loan products.
Maintain strong relationships with real estate agents, builders, and referral partners.
Understand customer profiles and provide suitable home loan solutions.
Guide clients through the entire home loan process – from application to disbursal.
Achieve monthly sales targets and business goals.
Handle client documentation and coordinate with internal credit and operations teams.
Stay updated on loan products, interest rates, and market trends.
Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
1–5 years of experience in selling home loans or related financial products.
Strong local network in Agra real estate and banking sectors.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
Knowledge of home loan documentation and regulatory guidelines.
Prior experience with NBFCs, banks, or housing finance companies.
Familiarity with home loan CRM and sales tracking tools.
Fluency in Hindi and English.
