Role Overview: We are seeking a proactive and personable Relationship Manager to drive merchant acquisition and retention for Go Nukkad’s digital storefront solutions. This role demands strong B2B communication skills, field sales acumen, and a dedication to meeting targets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Recruit and onboard new merchants.
• Conduct on-ground visits, presentations, and product demonstrations.
• Manage merchant relationships post-onboarding; ensure effective usage of our services.
• Track and report daily/weekly engagement metrics.
• Collaborate with internal teams for seamless onboarding and issue resolution.
Desired Skills & Experience:
• Graduate, with 6 months–1 year in sales or business development (B2B preferred).
• Excellent communication in English and local language.
• Tech-curious and comfortable operating digital tools.
• Confident, driven, and target-oriented.
• Willingness to work 6 days a week.
