We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Relationship Manager to join our Home Loan team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in retail lending, especially in sourcing and processing Home Loans. This role involves managing client relationships, acquiring new customers, and ensuring a smooth loan application journey.
Customer Acquisition:
Source new customers through field visits, references, builders, property agents, and online leads.
Promote Home Loan products to prospective clients and explain eligibility, interest rates, and documentation.
Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, real estate developers, and channel partners.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through consistent follow-ups and support.
Loan Processing:
Assist clients through the end-to-end loan application process including eligibility check, documentation, and disbursement.
Coordinate with credit and operations teams to ensure quick turnaround and smooth processing.
Market Intelligence:
Stay updated with market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing strategies.
Provide inputs to improve products or customer experience.
Minimum 1 year of experience in Home Loan sales or mortgage-related products.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
Familiarity with Mumbai's residential property market is a plus.
Proficiency in regional languages will be an added advantage.
