Job Summary:

Real Estate Company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to handle end-to-end real estate sales independently. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the entire sales process — from lead generation and client interaction to site visits, negotiation, and final deal closure. This is an individual contributor role, best suited for a self-driven and target-oriented professional with a strong real estate background.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle the complete sales cycle: lead generation, cold calling, client meetings, site visits, follow-ups, and closures.

• Manage inbound and outbound sales inquiries through various channels (digital platforms, walk-ins, referrals, etc.).

• Conduct property presentations and site visits with prospective buyers.

• Build and maintain a pipeline of high-quality leads and potential buyers.

• Negotiate deals, coordinate documentation, and ensure timely closure of sales.

• Maintain excellent relationships with clients to encourage repeat and referral business.

• Provide regular sales reports and updates to management.

• Coordinate with internal teams (legal, CRM, accounts) for post-sale formalities.

• Stay updated on market trends, competitive projects, and pricing.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

• 4–6 years of real estate sales experience, preferably in residential or commercial projects.

• Proven track record of independently achieving and exceeding sales targets.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

• Ability to manage multiple leads and priorities without team support.

• Knowledge of RERA regulations and sales documentation is a plus.

• Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
