We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Real Estate Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate must be a graduate and will be responsible for managing end-to-end sales processes, with a special focus on NRI clients. You will play a key role in promoting and selling premium real estate properties, offering personalized service, and building long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end sales of residential and commercial real estate projects.
Proactively engage and follow up with NRI clients through calls, emails, and virtual meetings.
Provide clients with accurate information regarding projects, pricing, legal documentation, and payment plans.
Coordinate with internal teams (legal, CRM, finance) to ensure smooth transaction flow.
Conduct virtual and in-person site visits (if applicable).
Maintain and update client records on CRM software.
Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and government regulations.
Represent the company at exhibitions, webinars, and property shows, especially targeted at NRIs.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree (Graduation is mandatory in any stream).
Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written); knowledge of regional or foreign languages is a plus.
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Experience in handling NRI clients or international sales is preferred.
Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
Comfortable with CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
Willingness to work flexible hours to accommodate different time zones (for NRI clients).
Presentable with a professional attitude.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in luxury or high-value real estate sales.
Exposure to international markets or clients.
Familiarity with real estate laws and NRI investment norms.
Compensation:
Fixed Salary + Attractive Incentives + Travel Allowance (if applicable)
