We are looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Executive and Telecaller to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, conducting property presentations, and closing deals. You will play a key role in helping clients find their ideal property while achieving company sales targets.
Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and site visits.
Handle walk-in clients and leads generated through marketing campaigns or telecallers.
Understand client needs and provide appropriate property options based on budget and preferences.
Conduct property tours and site visits with prospective clients.
Negotiate deals and close sales to meet or exceed monthly targets.
Maintain regular follow-ups with clients and nurture long-term relationships.
Coordinate with back-office and documentation teams to ensure smooth transaction closure.
Stay updated on market trends, new project launches, and competitors.
Proven work experience in real estate sales or a strong interest in property sales.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong client-handling and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated with a result-driven approach.
Knowledge of local real estate market trends is a plus.
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital communication.
Ability to work on weekends and travel for client meetings or site visits.
Bachelor’s degree in any field (real estate certification is a plus).
