• Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in real estate sales or field sales (preferred).

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to work in a field-based role.

• Ability to build rapport and maintain client relationships.

• Good knowledge of the local real estate market.

• Two-wheeler or four-wheeler with a valid driving license (mandatory).

• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools.
