One Stop Realty is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for generating leads, conducting property viewings, negotiating deals, and closing property sales. You will leverage market knowledge and client engagement skills to drive business growth while earning performance-based incentives alongside a basic salary. This position is suited for motivated individuals with strong communication and negotiation abilities looking to excel in the real estate sales domain.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new client leads and sales opportunities
Conduct property presentations and site visits for prospective buyers
Negotiate sales contracts and facilitate smooth deal closures
Maintain strong client relationships and provide excellent customer service
Stay updated on real estate market trends and competitive pricing
Collaborate with marketing and legal teams to support transactions
Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management
Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Target-driven and self-motivated with a passion for sales
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Basic understanding of real estate market and sales processes
Prior experience in sales or real estate is a plus but not mandatory
