We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to drive property sales and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, an understanding of the real estate market, and a passion for client engagement and conversions.
Identify, meet, and convert prospective clients for residential and commercial projects.
Conduct site visits and property tours with potential buyers and investors.
Generate leads through field activities, referrals, and networking.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
Maintain a thorough understanding of project details, pricing, and competitive offerings.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to execute sales strategies.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Prepare and present daily/weekly sales reports to management.
Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred).
1–5 years of experience in real estate sales, B2C field sales, or related domains.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Must own a two-wheeler and smartphone.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Knowledge of local real estate trends will be an added advantage.
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹50,000 per month (depending on experience)
Incentives: Attractive performance-based commissions
6 days a week (Sunday working, weekday off)
