Position: Sourcing Manager
Location: (Kasarvadavli- Thane GB Road)
Reporting To: Site Head
Experience: 2-5 years in Real Estate / Channel Partner Handling / Direct Lead Sourcing
Key Responsibilities:
Generate qualified leads through market sourcing, channel partners, local brokers, and corporate connect programs.
Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, CPs.
Conduct market visits, cold calling, and on-ground activation to acquire fresh inquiries.
Track and report daily leads sourced, channel partner performance, and ROI of sourcing activities.
Coordinate with digital marketing / CRM teams to ensure proper lead allocation and follow-up.
Organize CP meets, site visits, and referral drives to create consistent lead flow.
Stay updated with competing projects and market trends to improve sourcing strategy.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Proven experience in Thane Real Estate channel partner management.
Strong networking ability, persuasive communication, and negotiation skills.
Self-driven with field execution mind set and data discipline.
