Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads through calls, social media, and networking.
Contact potential clients and understand their property requirements.
Present and promote available residential and commercial properties.
Schedule and conduct site visits with clients.
Negotiate deals and assist clients throughout the sales process.
Maintain a strong follow-up with prospective clients.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain and update client databases regularly.
Stay updated on current market trends, property rates, and competitor activities.
Requirements:
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in real estate sales (preferred).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong interpersonal and client-handling abilities.
Goal-oriented with a passion for sales.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools, etc.).
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
