Visit landowners, government offices (Sub-Registrar, Village Office, Taluk Office, etc.) to collect original or certified land documents.
Gather and verify land records such as RTC, Mutation, EC (Encumbrance Certificate), Pahani, Survey Map, Sale Deed, Tax Receipts, and Patta.
Maintain accurate records of collected and pending documents.
Coordinate with the legal and documentation team for document verification.
Ensure documents are scanned, filed, and stored safely in the office.
Follow up with government officials for missing or delayed records.
Support in land registration and due diligence processes.
Prepare daily and weekly reports on collection activities.
Minimum education: PUC / Degree
Good knowledge of Karnataka land records and local language (Kannada)
Experience in real estate, land documentation, or field collection preferred
Good communication and coordination skills
Attention to detail and confidentiality
