Key Responsibilities:
Generate and manage leads through site visits, calls, and networking.
Conduct property presentations and explain project features to clients.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat and referral business.
Negotiate and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Stay updated with market trends, competitor projects, and pricing.
Maintain daily reporting of leads, client meetings, and sales progress.
