Fine Acers is looking for a Sales Manager who can independently drive sales, build investor relationships, and close deals with minimal handholding. This is not a role for someone waiting for leads to be given, it’s for someone who already has a network, knows how to generate opportunities, and can create processes that help scale the business. Key Responsibilities
Driveinvestor and customer sales for all Fine Acers projects.
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, brokers, and channel partners.
Create and manage your own sales pipeline with little to no handholding.
Setupreporting processes and systems to help scale sales operations.
Represent Fine Acers at investor meetings, events, and forums.
What We’re Looking For
5+years of sales experience (luxury real estate, investments, or hospitality preferred).
Astrong personal network of investors, brokers, or channel partners.
Proven ability to close high-value deals independently.
Self-starter with strong negotiation and communication skills.
Highenergy, target-driven, and motivated by incentives.
