Key Responsibilities:
• Lead sales outreach for commercial offerings like retail and office spaces
• Connect with business owners, real estate consultants, and leasing partners to generate leads
• Conduct site tours, showcase amenities, cost-efficiency, connectivity, and project alignment
• Collaborate with leasing teams and promoters to secure deals tailored to business needs
• Meet rental/sale targets and support marketing with compelling leasing collaterals
• Manage proposals, LOIs, and term sheets; ensure seamless handover to operations Required
Skills & Experience:
• 2–6 years in commercial real estate sales (office, retail, or mixed-use)
• Strong negotiation, strategic pitching, and B2B sales acumen
• Comfortable handling high-value commercial stakeholders
• Proficiency in lead tracking tools and sales funnel management
Preferred:
• Prior experience with large-scale commercial projects in Mumbai
• Existing connections with businesses, brokerage professionals, and corporate tenants
