Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage the sales team to achieve revenue targets for assigned
projects.
• Take full ownership of sales performance and operations at a mandate
project.
Drive lead generation, follow-ups, site visits, and deal closures through
the team.

• Mentor, train, and expand the sales team as required by business growth.
• Coordinate with developers, marketing teams, and internal stakeholders
for inventory, pricing, and campaigns.
• Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and ensure accurate
forecasting.
• Ensure an excellent customer experience from first touchpoint to post-
sale support.Travel to project sites and client locations as needed across
North & East Bangalore.
• Ensure process compliance and maintain CRM hygiene across the team.
Candidate Requirements:
• Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, or any relevant field.
• 6 to 7+ years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 2–3 years in a
leadership role.
• Proven ability to lead a team, achieve targets, and manage high-value real
estate sales.
• Strong knowledge of the Bangalore real estate market, especially North &
East zones.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and team management skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently to project sites and client meetings.
