We are seeking a dynamic, result-driven Sales Manager to lead our real estate sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in real estate, strong leadership skills, and the ability to drive sales strategies, close deals, and mentor the sales team.
Lead and manage a team of real estate sales executives.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve targets.
Generate leads through networking, digital platforms, and field activities.
Build strong client relationships and deliver excellent customer service.
Conduct site visits, handle client negotiations, and close deals.
Monitor team performance and provide training and guidance.
Coordinate with marketing and operations for lead conversion.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis.
Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred).
5+ years of experience in real estate sales or a related field.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Deep knowledge of property sales process and local market trends.
