To ensure sales in residential/commercial (resale) real estate.
Responsible for generating new business opportunity for the organization
Looking for a hard core performer in selling (resale) Residential and commercial Property.
Continuous follow up with the customers and building and retaining client relationships through continuous follow up with clients for their requirements.
Talk to the leads generated by calling team & explain the project details
Convince them for the site visit on call.
Take prospects for site visits answering all relevant queries in the process.
Finally do the booking

Excellent communication and selling skills.
Analytics driven skills and ability to understand and act according to the key parameters such as conversion rate, leads to meetings, meetings to site visits ratio.
Polished, Well-Groomed, pleasing personality - He has to find ways to achieve their monthly target and maintain our company's positive image.
He will be responsible for generating sales within assigned focus projects with the help of team.
Schedule and conduct weekly sales meetings and achieving targets
Liaising between customers and the company for up-to-date status of service, pricing, and new product release launches.
Report on sales activities to senior management.
Reaching the targets and goals set for your area.
Compiling and analyzing sales figures.

Experience: 2-6+ yrs experience in resale of propertys
Strong communication skills
