Job Description:

We are looking for a Real Estate Sales Executive with prior experience in the real estate industry, preferably in resale property transactions. The ideal candidate should be confident, well-spoken, and target oriented.

Note:

We only deal in resale properties (no builder or under-construction projects).

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact and follow up with leads.

• Show resale properties to potential buyers.

• Understand client requirements and suggest suitable options.

• Build and maintain relationships with clients and property owners.

• Negotiate deals and assist in closing sales.

• Maintain records of calls, visits, and deals.
  
  Requirements:

  • 10th / 12th pass or graduate.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Confidence and a sales-driven attitude.

  • Two-wheeler with valid license (preferred).

  • Basic knowledge of local real estate areas.
