Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic, dynamic, and highly engaging female promoters to be the face of Affordpill, a growing online platform. The primary responsibility is to create awareness, generate interest, and drive traffic to the Affordpill website through direct public interaction and promotional activities across various high-footfall areas in Delhi.

Key Responsibilities

The main responsibility is to actively promote the Affordpill website and its services. This includes:

• Direct Customer Engagement: Approach and interact with the public in designated high-traffic areas (malls, markets, public transport hubs, colleges, etc.) to introduce the Affordpill website.

• Information Dissemination: Clearly and enthusiastically communicate the benefits, features, and value proposition of the Affordpill platform to potential users.

• Lead Generation & Sign-ups: Encourage members of the public to visit the website, download the app (if applicable), or sign up for services on the spot using personal mobile devices or provided tablets.

• Material Distribution: Distribute promotional flyers, brochures, and branded merchandise (if provided) with the website's QR code or link.

• Q&A and Problem Solving: Answer basic inquiries about the website and address simple concerns or misconceptions in a professional and friendly manner.

• Event Representation: Represent the brand professionally at promotional events, roadshows, and campaigns across North, South, and East Delhi.

• Feedback Collection: Collect valuable customer feedback, public perception, and competitive information and report it back to the marketing team.

• Daily Reporting: Document the number of interactions, materials distributed, leads generated, and any key observations on a daily basis.

 Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: Previous experience in promotions, ground sales, event staffing, or customer interaction roles is a plus, but motivated freshers are welcome.

• Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English (knowledge of other regional languages is a bonus).

• Personality: High energy, confident, friendly, and approachable demeanor. Must be comfortable engaging strangers and maintaining a positive attitude.

• Appearance: Well-groomed and professional presentation.

• Availability: Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, based on promotional activity schedules.

• Tech Savvy: Basic familiarity with using smartphones/tablets and the internet for on-the-spot demonstrations.
