Mohan Metal Industry is a leading manufacturer of Sanitary Ware & Door Hardware products. With a strong presence in the building materials sector, we are looking to expand our OEM business network across India.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) sales for sanitary ware & door hardware products.

• Identify and onboard new OEM clients across Pan India.

• Maintain and grow business with existing OEM partners.

• Achieve sales targets and expand market share in assigned regions.

• Travel extensively across India to meet clients, attend industry exhibitions, and explore new opportunities.

• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order execution and customer satisfaction.

• Prepare regular sales reports and market feedback.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

• 2–5 years of experience in OEM Sales / Institutional Sales / B2B Sales (preferably in building materials, hardware, or sanitary industry).

• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

• Willingness to travel Pan India extensively.

• Self-driven and target-oriented personality.
