Position: Project Sales Executive
Industry: Construction, Building Materials, Electricals, Interiors, Industrial Equipment, etc.
Role Summary:
Responsible for driving sales by targeting projects, identifying business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers (builders, architects, contractors), and ensuring product approvals in ongoing and upcoming projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and approach upcoming residential, commercial & industrial projects
Build relationships with builders, architects, project heads & contractors
Generate sales through product approvals in BOQs (Bill of Quantities)
Track project progress from planning to execution stage
Conduct presentations & product demos
Negotiate pricing and close deals
Coordinate with internal teams for timely delivery & installation
Maintain MIS, pipeline reports, and monthly sales targets
Candidate Requirements:
Experience in Project Sales preferred
Strong communication & negotiation skills
Ability to build long-term client relationships
Knowledge of construction/project ecosystem
