Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation:
Make a high volume of outbound calls daily to prospective clients from provided databases and lists.
Identify potential clients who are building, renovating, or looking for interior design services.
Qualify leads by gathering information on their project needs, timelines, and budget.
Update and maintain the company's customer relationship management (CRM) software with accurate and detailed information from each call.
Appointment Setting:
Schedule qualified appointments for the sales representatives and interior designers to meet with potential clients.
Confirm appointments and send reminders to both the client and the sales team.
Follow up with leads who have shown interest but have not yet scheduled an appointment.
Customer Engagement:
Provide a positive and professional first impression of the company.
Effectively communicate the company's value proposition, products, and services (e.g., architectural services, construction, modular kitchens, wardrobes, false ceilings, etc.).
Answer basic questions about the company's offerings and direct more complex inquiries to the appropriate team member.
Sales and Administration:
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls, qualified leads, and appointments.
Provide regular reports on call activity and lead status to the Sales Manager.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies.
Skills and Qualifications:
Experience: Proven experience as a telecaller, telemarketer, or in a similar sales/customer service role is preferred. Experience in the construction, real estate, or interior design industry is a significant plus.
Communication Skills:
Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluent in [Language - English, Hindi, Kannada].
Ability to articulate information clearly and concisely over the phone.
Sales Acumen:
Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
Persuasive and persistent, with the ability to handle rejection professionally.
Goal-oriented and a strong desire to succeed in a target-driven environment.
Technical Skills:
Comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) for data entry and reporting.
Personal Attributes:
Highly organized and detail-oriented.

Professional and courteous phone etiquette.
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent is required. A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is a plus.
