We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Pre-Sales Executive to support our sales team in managing client inquiries, qualifying leads, and providing accurate project information. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a keen understanding of the real estate market, and the ability to build rapport with potential buyers to drive conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Calling potential customers, generate leads, Convince them for site visit.

• Qualify leads by understanding customer requirements, budget, and preferences.

• Provide detailed information on available real estate projects, pricing, amenities, and possession timelines.

• Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate customer details and follow-up information.

• Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team to ensure seamless handover.

• Follow up with prospective clients to nurture interest and improve lead conversion rates.

• Ensure excellent customer service and maintain a positive brand image.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

• 1–3 years of experience in pre-sales, tele-sales, or customer service (real estate industry preferred).

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Good understanding of residential and commercial real estate products.

• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
