Outside Sales Manager to lead and grow our field sales team.
Lead, train, and motivate a team of outside sales representatives to achieve sales targets.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth in assigned territories.
Conduct regular field visits with sales reps to support client meetings and provide coaching.
Monitor team performance and generate reports on sales metrics and forecasts.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with business objectives.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for expansion.
Recruit and onboard new sales team members as needed.
Bachelor’s degree in any stream.
2+ years of experience in sales or marketing in any sector.
Must have own bike and valid DL.
