Cogent E Services are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Customer Care Executives for both Voice and Sales processes. As a Customer Care Executive, you will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting our products/services to potential customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting & Handling outbound calls professionally and provide information about our products/services.

• Identifying the customer’s needs, clarify the information, and close sales.

• Maintaining high level of customer satisfaction through effective problem-solving.

• Achieve the sales targets and goals assigned to the individual.

Qualifications:

• Educational Qualifications — 12th Pass

• Age — 18-30 years

• Individual must be Proficiency in English, Hindi & Malayalam.

• Minimum Experience of 6 months in Credit Card/Personal loans and Insurance Background

• Shift — Rotational Shift based on Business Requirements, Week off is also Rotational.
