Job Summary:
Cogent E Services are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Customer Care Executives for both Voice and Sales processes. As a Customer Care Executive, you will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting our products/services to potential customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Conducting & Handling outbound calls professionally and provide information about our products/services.
Identifying the customer’s needs, clarify the information, and close sales.
Maintaining high level of customer satisfaction through effective problem-solving.
Achieve the sales targets and goals assigned to the individual.
Qualifications:
Educational Qualifications — 12th Pass
Age — 18-30 years
Individual must be Proficiency in English, Hindi & Malayalam.
Minimum Experience of 6 months in Credit Card/Personal loans and Insurance Background
Shift — Rotational Shift based on Business Requirements, Week off is also Rotational.
Salary and Benefits:
Starting salary of 18,000 per month.
