We are looking for a motivated and professional Medical Representative to promote and sell our pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals including doctors, pharmacists, and hospitals. The ideal candidate will build strong customer relationships, achieve sales targets, and increase product awareness in the assigned territory.
Promote and sell company products to healthcare professionals through scheduled meetings and product presentations.
Develop and maintain relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and other medical staff.
Execute marketing strategies to increase product visibility and market share.
Provide product information, answer queries, and deliver product samples.
Meet or exceed sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
Monitor competitor activities and report market trends.
Maintain accurate records of sales, customer contacts, and daily reports.
Attend and participate in medical conferences, meetings, and training programs.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related field (preferred).
Prior experience as a Medical Representative or in pharmaceutical sales is a plus.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Field-based role requiring daily travel.
Regular interaction with healthcare professionals.
Flexible working hours, including occasional weekend events or medical conferences.
