We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Medical Representative to promote and sell pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals. The MR will be responsible for building relationships with doctors, chemists, and stockists to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.
Promote company’s pharmaceutical products to doctors and healthcare professionals (HCPs)
Conduct regular visits to hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, and other medical institutions
Achieve assigned sales targets and objectives in the designated territory
Organize clinical meetings, product demonstrations, and CME (Continuing Medical Education) programs
Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain strong follow-up with clients
Develop and maintain territory-specific data of customers
Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge
Submit daily/weekly/monthly sales reports to management
Manage stock levels and ensure product availability at chemists and stockists
Bachelor’s degree in Science, Pharmacy, or related field (B.Sc./B.Pharm preferred)
Freshers or 1-2 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Must be self-motivated, goal-oriented, and customer-focused
Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools
Field-based job, requiring daily visits to medical professionals
Requires travel within assigned geography/territory
