Sales Representative (Medical Representative)

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and results-driven Medical Representative to promote and sell company products (Surgical Products, Critical Care Equipment, Medical Devices, Or Disinfectant Solutions - Experience in any of them) The ideal candidate will build strong relationships with healthcare professionals, hospitals, and institutions, and drive product awareness and sales.

It is a Delhi-based company established in March 2015, operating in the Healthcare, Medical Supplies, and Pharmaceuticals sector. The company specializes in infection control, hygiene management, and indoor air quality solutions. It offers technically sound and reliable products tailored to meet the stringent hygiene requirements of healthcare facilities, laboratories, and other critical environments.

Key Responsibilities:

● Promote and sell medical products like surgical, critical care, medical equipment, and disinfectant products to hospitals, clinics, and healthcare providers.

● Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, nursing staff, purchase managers, and decision-makers.

● Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical information and training as needed.

● Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

● Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback.

● Prepare daily/weekly visit reports and maintain customer records.

● Collaborate with internal teams for order processing, delivery, and after-sales support.

Qualifications & Skills:

● A bachelor's degree in science, pharmacy, or a related field is preferred.

● 1–3 years of experience in medical or pharmaceutical sales

● Good knowledge of the healthcare industry and medical products is an advantage.

● Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

● Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

● Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and customer-focused.

Work Environment:
