Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs):
· Promote Products: Visit Doctors, clinics, hospitals, and pharmacies to promote and sell pharmaceutical products. Conduct detailed product presentations to healthcare professionals.
· Establish Relationships: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key healthcare professionals including doctors, pharmacists, and medical staff.
· Achieve Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics set by the company.
· Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with product information, industry trends, competitor products, and medical literature.
· Market Intelligence: Gather and report on competitor activities, customer feedback, and market trends to the management team.
· Medical Conferences and Events: Attend medical conferences, events, and seminars to enhance product knowledge and network with healthcare professionals.
· Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales activities, market feedback, and performance against targets.
· Sample Distribution: Distribute product samples to doctors and medical professionals to encourage product usage.
· Training and Development: Participate in ongoing training to remain knowledgeable about the latest industry developments, new products, and compliance standards.
Key Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
· Preferably D. Pharm, B.Sc. having 0-2 year exp. in pharma ethical selling having high energy level, effective communication / presentation / convincing skills and proven track record of achievements
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
