Job Description – Sales Executive

Role Overview

We are looking for motivated and customer-focused Sales Executives to expand our

loan portfolio and promote financial products through direct sales and field marketing

activities.

Key Responsibilities

 Acquire new customers for loans and financial services.

 Conduct regular field visits to generate leads.

 Promote Personal Loans, Business Loans, and Commercial Vehicle Loans.

 Build strong customer relationships and achieve sales targets. \

Qualifications & Skills

 Minimum 12th pass or Graduate.

 Strong communication and customer-handling skills.

 Basic knowledge of MS office and mobile apps.

Experience

 Minimum 2 years in sales/marketing (NBFC/Bank/Finance Company

preferred).

Salary & Benefits

 Fixed Salary up to 25k + Attractive Incentives (performance-based).

Reporting To

Branch Officer / Team Leader

Working Hours

Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

KPI

 Loan disbursement numbers.

 New customer acquisition.

 Sales target achievement.
