Job Overview:
Responsible for generating home loan business by area mapping, managing channel and customer relationships, and ensuring efficient documentation and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct lane-to-lane area mapping to identify potential loan customers.
Generate leads and convert them into home loan sales.
Build and maintain strong relationships with DSAs and other sourcing channels.
Ensure optimal performance (LSR, SLR, MS) from each source.
Recruit and onboard new channel partners as per company guidelines.
Identify and empanel potential channel partners (BSAs) as per organizational norms.
Guide customers through the home loan process, from application to disbursement.
Ensure proper documentation (KYC, income, property papers) and compliance.
Maintain daily sales diary and submit regular reports in the prescribed format.
Participate in daily team huddles and align with team targets.
Stay updated on HDFC products, market trends, and competitor offerings.
Resolve customer queries and ensure a smooth service experience.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
✅ Strong knowledge of assigned geography and ability to plan area-wise sourcing.
✅ Good understanding of HDFC and competitor products.
✅ Ability to identify, manage, and grow sourcing channels.
✅ Strong communication, documentation, and reporting skills.
✅ Basic credit assessment and eligibility understanding.
