## Job Purpose
We are hiring a dynamic, target-oriented Sales Relationship Manager (RM) for our NBFC division. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Loan Against Property (LAP) and SME lending. You will be responsible for sourcing high-ticket clients, driving business growth, building an active DSA channel network, and managing the end-to-end loan lifecycle to meet monthly revenue targets.
### Roles & Responsibilities
Client Acquisition: Identify, pitch, and acquire new customers through proactive field visits, corporate referrals, and internal lead generation.
Product Promotion: Cross-sell and promote diverse NBFC financial products, specifically focusing on LAP (Loan Against Property), Business Loans, and Term Loans for SME clients.
Financial Advisory: Analyze client financial profiles, understand their credit requirements, and recommend optimal structural loan solutions.
End-to-End Deal Management: Manage the entire sales lifecycle—from initial prospecting, structural pitching, document collection (KYC & financials), to final file login and coordination for disbursal.
Relationship Management: Nurture long-term corporate and retail customer relations to drive retention and referral business.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Credit, Risk, and Operations teams to ensure smooth underwriting, quick turn-around time (TAT), and hassle-free loan disbursement.
Target Achievement: Consistently achieve or exceed designated monthly and quarterly sales/disbursal targets.
Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends, tracking competitor offerings, interest rates, and evolving regulatory guidelines.
### Key Focus Areas & Competencies
LAP Sourcing Expertise: Proven track record of sourcing high-ticket LAP customers.
Credit & Document Assessment: Fundamental understanding of financial statements (ITRs, P&L, Balance Sheets) and property title/technical documents.
Channel Management: Strong existing DSA (Direct Selling Agent) network and the capability to onboard new channel partners.
Market Penetration: Prior business development experience spanning across Metro and Tier 2 markets.
Tech Proficiency: Hands-on comfort utilizing CRM systems, lead-tracking tools, and digital sales platforms.
Compliance & KYC: Absolute alignment with credit compliance, KYC policies, and standard regulatory frameworks.
### Skills, Experience & Qualifications
Education: Any Graduate (Bachelor’s degree is mandatory). A Master’s degree/MBA in Business, Finance, or Marketing is preferred.
Experience: Minimum 3+ years of core sales experience within an NBFC, bank, or financial services institution.
Product Knowledge: Specialized, deep domain understanding of Asset/Mortgage products (LAP and unsecured Business Loans).
Interpersonal Skills: Outstanding communication, sharp negotiation skills, and a confident personality for client-facing engagements.
Drive: Highly self-motivated, proactive, and resilient under target-driven environments.
