🎯 Job Purpose:

To acquire, assess, and manage group-based microfinance loans in rural or semi-urban areas while ensuring compliance with company policy, customer service, and collection efficiency.

📝 Key Responsibilities:

🧍‍♀️ Customer Acquisition:

• Identify and enroll women borrowers for group loans (JLG model).

• Conduct door-to-door surveys, field visits, and village meetings.

• Form and train Joint Liability Groups (JLGs).

🏦 Loan Processing:

• Collect KYC documents and verify customer details.

• Conduct pre-loan verification and credit assessments.

• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with credit policies.

💸 Disbursement & Collection:

• Coordinate for loan disbursements.

• Follow up for EMI collections on due dates.

• Maintain 100% collection efficiency.

📊 Reporting & Compliance:

• Maintain daily records and MIS reports.

• Ensure timely submission of all customer-related data.

• Follow all audit and regulatory compliance requirements.

✅ Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: Graduation preferred

• Experience: 0–2 years in Microfinance preferred.

• Age Limit: 18–32 years

• Driving License: Mandatory (2-wheeler with DL)

• Language: Local language fluency (e.g., Bengali)

💼 Salary & Benefits:

• CTC: ₹14,000 – ₹18,000 per month (varies by region & experience)
