Key Responsibilities:
Business Development & Sales Growth:
Identifying potential customers (developers, property owners, etc.), developing sales strategies, and executing lead generation campaigns.
Client Relationship Management:
Building and maintaining relationships with existing and prospective clients, conducting meetings and presentations, and negotiating contracts.
Market Research & Analysis:
Monitoring industry trends, competitor activities, and identifying new market opportunities.
Tendering & Proposal Management:
Preparing and submitting proposals and tenders, working with technical and operations teams for accurate cost estimation.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
Tracking sales performance, preparing reports, and providing forecasts to management.
Team Leadership & Management:
Recruiting, training, and motivating the sales team, setting sales targets, and managing the sales pipeline.
Budget Management:
Managing the sales budget, agreements, and planning for the sales system tech stack.
Sales Process Optimization:
Developing and implementing strategies to improve the sales process, including lead generation, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction.
Customer Satisfaction:
Ensuring customer satisfaction through timely follow-ups and support.
Key Skills:
Sales & Marketing Experience:
Proven experience in sales, preferably within the elevator or related industries (construction, building materials).
Communication & Negotiation Skills:
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills to build relationships and close deals.
Leadership & Team Management:
Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a sales team, set targets, and track performance.
Strategic Thinking:
Ability to develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives.
Technical Knowledge:
Understanding of elevator systems, installation, and maintenance (preferred).
Customer Relationship Management:
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and understand their needs.
Analytical Skills:
Ability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and prepare reports.
Problem-Solving:
Ability to identify and solve problems related to sales, customer issues, and project execution
