Job Requirement – Campaign Executive (App Download Drive)

We are looking for a dynamic and field-oriented candidate to lead our campaign for promoting and driving application downloads among auto drivers and cab drivers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Approach, engage, and onboard auto and cab drivers to download and register on the application.

• Conduct field visits in high auto/cab traffic areas (stands, hubs, stations).

• Explain app benefits, features, and usage to drivers in simple language.

• Achieve daily/weekly targets for downloads and registrations.

• Distribute promotional material and assist drivers with installation if needed.

• Collect feedback from drivers and report to management.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in field sales, promotions, or campaign execution.

• Good communication skills (Hindi/local language).

• Comfortable working on-ground with auto and cab drivers.

• Smartphone knowledge and ability to explain app usage.

• Target-driven, energetic, and persuasive personality.

Preferred:

• Experience in similar driver-partner onboarding roles (ride-hailing, delivery, transport apps).

• Own two-wheeler for field mobility.
