Role Summary
The Key Account Manager (KAM) is responsible for customer relationship management and on-ground coordination at clinics and hospitals. This field-based role involves customer engagement, retention, operational support, and assisting the Business Development team in outreach efforts.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and support retention efforts
Maintain account discipline through scheduled visits and timely follow-ups
Conduct regular clinic/hospital visits and build rapport with doctors
Follow up on usage trends, customer queries, and issue resolutions
Provide on-site support during patient monitoring or service deployment
Capture structured customer feedback and escalate where needed
Support BDMs in CMEs, training programs, marketing campaigns, and engagement events

Process-oriented, with ability to follow and replicate field protocols
Reliable, punctual, and disciplined in field follow-ups
Willingness to travel extensively within assigned areas
Friendly, proactive, and confident in dealing with healthcare professionals
Collaborative, receptive to feedback, and team-oriented
Eligibility & Qualifications
1–6 years experience in field sales, diagnostics, medical rep roles, or healthcare customer-facing positions
Bachelor’s degree (Life Sciences, Pharma, Nursing, or Commerce preferred)
Freshers with strong interpersonal skills and a learning mindset can be considered
Proficiency in the local language (Telugu/Hindi) and basic English
Should be comfortable using smartphone apps, email, and basic reporting tools
