2. Sales and Revenue Growth: Meet and exceed the number of transactions and revenue with select transporters and fleet owners to achieve your set targets on daily, weekly & monthly basis.
3. Market Analysis: Stay informed about logistics industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to provide valuable insights and recommendations to your manager for improved business.
4. Collaboration: Work closely with branch team members to ensure smooth flow of transactions for improved business.
5. Reporting: Prepare regular reports on route coverage, trucks utilization, dependency
improvement for transporter and fleet owners as directed by your manager from time to time.
· Bachelor's degree in any discipline
· 2 to 3 yearsof experience in key account management or sales, preferably in logistics domain.
· Proven track record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets.
· Strategic thinking, good communication & persuasive skills.
· Excellent problem-solving abilities and a results-driven mindset.
· Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
· Proficiency in using software applications like MS Office etc.
