2. Purpose: - On boarding dealers under MISP, Managing Dealerships in retail insurance, Service Support, Monitoring Penetration, Co-ordination with OEM team/ Insurance company Liaoning and adherence to IRDA guidelines by dealers.

Ø Deployment of OEM tied up insurance with Dealerships.
Ø Accountable for the penetration in insurance no’s, revenue.
Ø Effective coordination with insurance companies and field.
Ø Reporting of MIS on a daily basis with field to Regional Heads
Ø Training Support to dealers./ Staff
Ø Business Review with the respective Regional Heads on a weekly basis
Ø Ensure that dealer grievances are supported and clarified.
Ø Identifying training needs to dealers and planning training sessions.
Ø Co-ordination with OEMs, Insurance Companies on Contest Planning at local level. Reporting the same to Regional Heads.
Ø Ensure the insurance portal works smoothly.

Profile- A Degree/PG - Commerce preferred ; Knowledge of xl,
Should have worked in an insurance company earlier or in a General Insurance Broking Firm in a similar role handling with 1-2 years’ experience. Broker Qualified Person added advantage. Should be sales savvy.
Effective communication in local language and English.
Level: - Sales Manager (F1 to F4) ,CTC 3 to 5.5 lakhs.
