Identify sales opportunities by analyzing customer needs, financial goals, and life situations.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the bank or insurance partner.
Work on cross-selling and upselling opportunities (e.g., offering insurance when customers open a fixed deposit).
Build and maintain strong relationships with bank clients to foster trust and long-term engagement.
Provide excellent pre-sales and post-sales service to ensure customer satisfaction.
Conduct follow-ups and policy renewals to maintain high retention rates.
Train and motivate bank staff to generate leads and understand insurance products.
Work closely with bank branch managers and relationship officers to align on sales targets.
Support the bank staff in joint customer meetings when needed.
Ensure all insurance application forms, KYC documents, and disclosures are accurately completed and submitted.
Comply with internal and regulatory standards set by both the bank and insurance company.
Maintain proper records and reporting of sales activities.
Stay updated on the latest insurance products, features, pricing, and market trends.
Attend training sessions provided by the insurance partner or bank.
Help educate customers on financial planning, risk management, and protection needs.
