Handle customer queries and complaints via calls, emails, and chat.
Provide information about policies, claims, renewals, and other services.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing accurate and timely responses.
Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues quickly.
Fluent in English, Hindi, and at least one regional language (Tamil/Telugu/Kannada).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (any stream).
Experience in customer service preferred but not mandatory.
Basic computer knowledge.
