Job Title: Sales Executive – Health & Motor Insurance
Job Description:
Foresight MANEE is seeking a dynamic and motivated young professional with a passion for sales in the Health and Motor Insurance segment. The ideal candidate should have at least 6 months of relevant experience and a strong interest in building long-term customer relationships.
The role requires field sales activities, including approaching potential customers, generating leads, and ensuring maximum sales closures. Candidates must be confident, proactive, and comfortable engaging with new people on a daily basis.
Actively prospect, identify, and approach potential customers for Health and Motor Insurance.
Generate leads through field sales, networking, and direct interaction.
Present and explain insurance products clearly to customers.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Maintain proper documentation and update sales reports regularly.
Minimum 6 months of experience in Health and/or Motor Insurance sales.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Confidence in approaching and engaging with new people.
Ability to work independently and deliver results.
Goal-oriented mindset with strong negotiation skills.
Own conveyance preferred (for field sales).
