Job Title: Territory Manager - Life Insurance and Recruitment of ASO /Insurance Consultant
Reports to: Sales Head/ Business Development Manager
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets in assigned territory.
2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building relationships with clients and agents.
3. Manage and grow existing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
4. Conduct product presentations, seminars, and workshops to promote life insurance products.
5. Meet or exceed sales targets, contributing to the growth of the company's life insurance business.
6. Collaborate with agents, advisors, and other stakeholders to drive business growth.
7. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes.
Requirements:
1. Proven sales experience in life insurance or financial services.
2. Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
3. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
4. Strong product knowledge and understanding of life insurance products.
