Key Responsibilities:
Agent recruitment and development: Recruit new agents, build a pipeline, and develop the skills of existing agents through training and mentorship.
Sales and business performance: Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly business targets, manage the product sales mix, and improve agent productivity and persistency.
Agent coaching and support: Work with agents on planning and reviewing activities, provide guidance on prospecting and calling habits, and help them achieve their sales goals.
Customer relations: Act as a brand ambassador, hold customer meetings to understand their needs, and ensure customer queries are addressed according to company standards.
Compliance: Ensure all activities adhere to business norms, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
