Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with clients to promote insurance products.
Understand customer needs and provide suitable insurance solutions (Life, Health, General, or Corporate Insurance).
Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
Explain policy details, terms, and conditions clearly to clients.
Assist clients in the claim settlement process.
Achieve sales targets and business development goals.
Maintain proper records of sales, client interactions, and follow-ups.
Stay updated with industry trends, new products, and compliance requirements.
Bachelor’s degree in Business/Finance/Commerce or equivalent (preferred).
Proven experience in insurance sales/financial services (added advantage).
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to explain complex information clearly to clients.
Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
